Our consultation was very informative. The staff was super friendly and ready to assist in any way. The facility was very clean as well as the equipment and shower area. Looking forward to this new way *for me* of exercising with heat.

Went to try a free session just to see if I liked it and I LOOVED IT! Caroline was amazing telling me about the different rooms and work outs and how everything works. She recommended a 15 min session just to get used to the heat and I was hooked after that.
